With some 420 million pornographic web pages online, access to Internet porn is at an all-time high. But many people visiting these pages for pleasure end up finding themselves caught in a terrible cycle of addiction from which they are now struggling to break free.
Project Know, an addiction and rehab program, recently created an infographic that explains how dangerous online porn can be and shows how a budding effort, called NoFap (nofap.org), has been responding to the Internet's porn problem.
